Prices & Packages

A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly without any surprise costs.

• Retainer packages start at a minimum of 10 hours per month and are £30 an hour

• Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 15 minutes

• Packages do not carry over from month to month

• Minimum 3 month commitment

• Invoices to be paid in full up front before work is carried out.

• A Pay As You Go option is available for ad hoc support under 10 hours, and charged at £35 per hour. Clients with retainer packages have priority over Pay As You Go clients
